The rooms are extremely spacious with a balcony and a safe box. Very central location near to botanical gardens, the bus station and a number of good restaurants, and the pedestrian zone, and bars and restaurants are walk from the hotel. Would return there, thanks very much.

The food was fantastic - a good choice of options. Location: the hotel was just next door to quiet area of Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Parque along a pleasant beach front path, and Tenerife amongst other things.

I was upgraded to an airy guest room with decent size bedroom. There were an electric kettle and fridges upon arrival. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, in old town of Puerto and the interior design was modern.
Wi-Fi signal was not good, made me a little nervous.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - around 10-15 minutes walk from Plaza Charco. It was in a pedestrian area and there where restaurants and bars.

The hotel is perfectly clean with a modern design and based in a really nice building. The guest room overlooks street and includes an electric kettle and fridges. The location is central. Easy access to restaurants and bars which are close to the venue. The restaurant serves delicious Italian food.

My room was both light and neat with TV, shower gel, for example. Its location relatively near Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens was stunning and incredible. All the staff was affable and efficient, fixed my issues.
